Employee email is now provided by MS Outlook 365
To access Outlook 365, go to the WCJC homepage at www.wcjc.edu,
- Scroll down to the grey area under the main content and click the "Employee Email" link in the center. Use your entire wcjc email address in the "email or phone" field.
- Enter your network password in the password field and click Sign in.
- Select the Central time zone and your mailbox should load.
This MS Outlook 365 email is now available through the portal.

Be sure to Sign out of MS Outlook 365. Click the person icon at the top right and click “Sign out”. Also, be sure to close all browser windows to protect sensitive information
