The Student e-Mail system is used for all official communication with the college. It is the student’s responsibility to check this email account on a regular basis for important and up-to-date information.
**Access to WCJC Student Email**
Admitted students are issued access to a WCJC email account within 24 hours of being admitted to WCJC.
**First Time Users**
Once the WCJC email address is issued, it is the student’s responsibility to activate their student email account by logging into the Password Manager, changing their password and answering security questions.
Student e-Mail Username

Sometimes alternatives must be issued in case of duplicates or last names longer than 16 characters. Please check WCJC Online Services to verify the Student email address that has been issued by the college. After logging in, click on the Personal Information tab and select View Email Address(es).
The default password for all new student email accounts is set up with the following
