Program Information

The College Readiness Department prepares students for college-level coursework. The department offers beginning and intermediate algebra courses, along with support courses paired with beginning algebra and support courses paired with credit-level math courses. Math courses may be supplemented with the Pearson's MyMathLab (MML) program, which allows students ample opportunities for practice and enrichment. Students are placed into College Readiness classes based on their Texas Success Initiative (TSI) Assessment scores.
